120 lb Single Arm Dumb-Bell Row & High Pulley Cable Pulldown

Here are some clips that I shot training back today.  The first part is single arm dumbbell row - the key to this exercise is to really get a deep stretch on the lat, so the dumbbell almost touches the floor.  Even though I'm training heavy here with 120 lbs, you can see the full range of motion.  The second exercise is high pulley cable pulldown, and I pull the cables out and towards my shoulders to really accentuate the stretch in the lats.  The motion is almost replicating the back double biceps pose in order to bring out the extreme detail that you see here. 

As I said in my previous clip, I've purchased the FLIP, which will enable me to post more training videos.
