I modified a "Dafina" recipe, and gave it my own twist.

Ingredients:
2 lbs of beef flanken
handful of potatoes
handful of orzo
handful of barley
handful of red beans
4 pitted dates
4 whole eggs in shell
1 pre-chopped onion
1 tablespoon pre-chopped garlic

Black Peppper
White Pepper
Turmeric
Cumin
Paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 can of low sodium chicken broth

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and cook for 8 to 12 hours on "low" setting in the crockpot.
