Leg Training Clip

Here is a clip from yesterday training legs. I want you all to notice that even when I'm doing a lot of weight on the leg press you notice the control over the weight as well as the full range of motion. There are no herky jerky movements, or movements based on momentum. That style of training not only trains the ego more than it does the muscles, but it also leads to injury. Remember, control the weight, don't let the weight control you, no matter how heavy it is.
