"Pete, What is your perspective on saunas? Are they good for you after a workout? or is a cold shower better for you? I heard the heat helps the blood circulate quicker, but I've also heard the opposite. -Jack"

"Hi Pete, First thank you for this creative, amazingly helpful blog. I'm currently on a weight loss plan. I am starting to see the results however still a good amount to loose. I understand that there is in fact muscle under all the flab, however how can I increase that current muscle mass? even though it wont be seen until all the fat is gone. I'm confused as to if I should proceed on the fat loss to my goal weight. Than start to increase mass or do it before hand? For example, I like the current size of my arms, however it would be great if the size was in fact all muscle. Same scenario for my legs, however maybe about 10-15 inches smaller, again being all muscle. please help me bro."

"Hi Pete, My question I think maybe a fairly easy one. I am starting to work the second shift (3-11:30), and I normally do cardio and weight lifting at two different parts of the day. I was just wondering if it was okay to cardio when I wake, about 9 in the morning. And the weight training at night @ about midnite to 1 in the morning just before bed? Or is their a better solution? Thanks for your advice."
